* The villa is spread across three levels, so you'll be using the stairs regularly as you move between the living areas, bedrooms, and terraces – worth keeping in mind if anyone in your group has limited mobility.
* You're about 80 km by car from Thessaloniki Airport, so factor in roughly an hour's drive at each end of your stay. Hiring a car is worth considering – there's private parking available on the premises.
* If you're arriving by helicopter, there's a helipad on site – worth flagging to your host in advance so they can coordinate your arrival.
* Two of the five bedrooms have their own private entrances from outside – a thoughtful setup for groups who want a little independence, but it does mean those two rooms are accessed from the exterior rather than from inside the main villa.
