Sitting on 80 acres next door to Universal Orlando, this apartment has the full resort experience built around it – waterslides, a Lazy Loop, Topgolf, pickleball, and a shuttle straight to Walt Disney World whenever the parks call. Back at the apartment itself, the screened pool terrace is where the day winds down, with covered dining and a barbecue to hand. The bedrooms are hotel-calibre, and a bunk-bed room means younger guests have their own corner of the chaos. Pets are welcome, and an in-unit washer and dryer keeps longer stays light-footed.

Home truths:
* The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with starter essentials, but supplies won't last your whole stay. Plan to do a grocery and toiletries run shortly after you arrive.
* Shuttle reservations to Disney World and Universal Orlando are required in advance. Check availability and book your slots as soon as you have your itinerary confirmed.
* The swimming pool isn't fenced.
* Sleeping ten in total, four guests will find themselves in the bunk room, with smaller-sized bunks that we think are best suited to little ones.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. You'll need to request them in advance.
* For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
* You'll have access to the on-site amenities here, such as waterslides, pools, a fitness centre, and more. They're shared with the building's other residents.
