Located in the historic centre of Olbia, this apartment boasts sea views from the private terrace. You’re in the penthouse here – and there isn’t a lift – so you'll need to climb stairs to reach the home on the third floor. While that won’t suit everyone, we think it’s worth the trek for a view like that. The home centres around a sociable open-plan living area – which will also be the bedroom for guests five and six when the home is at full occupancy. Location-wise, you’re within walking distance of the vibrant old town, the seafront, shops, and restaurants, and a ten-minute drive from the nearest beaches.

*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*This home is on the third floor without a lift, so you’ll need to climb stairs to reach the front door.
*There’s free secure gated parking for one car at this home. Additional cars can park for free on the street. This home is in a Zona a Traffico Limitato (ZTL) – you’ll only be allowed to drive in the zone during certain hours.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and fireplace guards for free. You'll need to request them in advance. Your host can also provide babysitter recommendations.
*Guests are asked not to eat or drink in the bedrooms and to refrain from using glasses outside.
*Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 8am.
*For longer stays, cleaning and linen changing services will be provided every four to five nights.
