Sit back, relax, and soak up the Sicilian sunshine at this modern villa. The private pool takes full advantage of the countryside scenery – it's the perfect spot to while away an afternoon. We're also big fans of the covered terrace, where you can enjoy alfresco feasts and Aperol spritzes as the sun goes down. Stylish and contemporary, the design inside is quite modern – just note that two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed. When you're ready to venture out, Noto is just a 2-kilometre drive away – ideal if you fancy a bit of sightseeing.

Home truths:
*While not all bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home. The fourth bathroom is external.
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair upon request.
*We suggest hiring a car here to make the most of the location. Private parking is available.
*Cleaning is provided once a week for four hours. While bath towels are changed mid-week, pool towels and bed linen are changed weekly.
*This home is located in the countryside near a farm with animals.
