We think it's pretty easy to see why we picked this home – just look at those views. Overlooking the bay of Nisporto, you'll have everything you need here for a slow-paced Italian escape. The interiors aren't the most exciting, but we like how the home is split across two self-contained apartments (connected by an external staircase), making it an excellent option for friends and families to holiday together while retaining some privacy. We imagine you'll spend most of your time on the terrace, but should you want to venture out, the beach is only 650m away, while the town of Portoferraio is a twenty-minute drive.

*The swimming pool is only available for use from the end of April to the beginning of October
*This isn’t a completely isolated location so you may hear some noise from neighbours during your stay
*Please note the air conditioning is located on the first floor and in the ground floor bedrooms
