Beaches, restaurants, and shops are all within a short walk, and a nearby tram stop connects directly to Nice Côte d'Azur airport in under ten-minutes – making arrivals and departures almost painless.

* Air conditioning is only available in the living room – the bedroom does not have it, so warm summer nights may feel less comfortable there.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. Please note there's an additional fee if you'd like the sofa bed prepared for your stay.
* You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
