The living areas in this three-storey home consists of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV and balcony with furniture and barbecue, and a utility with washer/dryer. The bedrooms all have Smart TVs and consist of three second-floor rooms, including a king-size with en-suite and balcony, a double, and a twin, along with a ground-floor king-size with en-suite, serviced by a cloakroom and a second-floor bathroom. Outside there is a private driveway for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.6 miles, a pub in 0.2 miles, and the beach in 0.5 miles. In addition, Truro, with its museums, church, restaurants, and cobblestone streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be accessed in a short drive.
