* This is the lower unit of a two-storey building, and sound travels easily through the ceiling. Multiple guests have noted they could hear footsteps and conversations from the unit above, so if you're a light sleeper it's worth factoring in – particularly during busier periods.
* There are no beach chairs or equipment stored at the home, so if you're planning long days on the sand you'll need to bring your own or hire them locally – rentals are available nearby.
