Balboa Pier, the Fun Zone, and Balboa Village are all within walking distance, so you can do as much or as little as you like without ever needing to think about a car.

* Please note, the garage isn't available for guest use. There's one street parking space directly in front of the garage – bear in mind that street sweeping on Mondays and Wednesdays means parking there on those days isn't possible.
* At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living space.
* Depending on the time of your visit, your host may be able to offer a variety of complimentary experiences to enhance your stay, such as kayak and paddleboard rentals, harbour cruises, electric boat rentals, e-bike rentals and whale watching excursions. Speak with your host to find out more and confirm availability.
* Just so you know, the fireplace is inoperable here.
