* This apartment is the upper-floor unit of a duplex, so you may hear your downstairs neighbours from time to time. It's situated above the garage and you'll need to climb stairs to reach the home.
* While there's no air conditioning here, your host can provide fans for the warmer months.
* The deck faces north, so you won't get much direct sun during the day – the best light arrives in the late afternoon.
* There's parking for one car in the garage, which is shared with the downstairs apartment. However, the space is small and only suitable for compact cars, so larger vehicles will need to be parked on the street.
