* This is a studio, so the sleeping and living areas share one open room. It's a well-suited setup for a couple or solo traveller, but there's no separation between spaces.
* You're right in the heart of lower Manhattan, so street noise – particularly from Fifth Avenue – is part of the experience. Light sleepers may want to pack earplugs.
* Parking in New York City can be expensive and tricky to find, so we recommend using the subway or taxis to get around during your stay.
* Please note that New York City's heating season runs until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April through the summer, your host will install window air conditioning in the apartment – let them know if you'd like an earlier installation.
