Description Greenwich Gold: New York

Set in Greenwich Village, this home couldn't be better placed to explore New York. One of the city's most walkable neighbourhoods, you'll have Washington Square Park, The Whitney, and subway stations within easy reach – not to mention local eateries, bars, and shops. Inside, the living area makes quite a statement – think generous proportions, a decorative fireplace, and original wooden flooring. It's equal parts sophisticated and comfortable, with all you need to settle into life in the Big Apple.

Home truths:
* The fireplace in the living room is decorative rather than functional.
* Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
