Cooling off with a dip in the rooftop pool, unwinding with a good book, sipping morning coffees or sundown drinks overlooking skyline views of the city – these are just some of the relaxing things on offer at this quiet apartment, ideally located near downtown New Orleans. Close enough to the action, you're only a short walk to the flamboyant French Quarter and a five-minute drive to jazz-swinging Bourbon Street. Welcoming up to six guests, the living space is bright and sociable, with an open concept kitchen, dining area and living room benefitting from chic furnishings, coffee table literature and curated plants, as well as the traditional exposed brick wall – an ode to the city's historic industrial roots. The building has plenty to keep everyone busy too – whether you're working out in the gym, socialising on the terraces or enjoying a morning swim with views of the downtown. Though with so much to see and do in the city, you won't want to hang around for too long. Taste local Creole and Cajun cuisine, shop till you drop at luxury boutiques, enjoy cocktails at the hip bars, and ensure you complete the authentic New Orleans experience by taking in some late-evening blues.

*At maximum capacity, two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room
*Each apartment has its own unique design and layout, so yours may vary slightly from the photos here but will be just as comfortable and stylish
*The host only accepts bookings from guests who live outside of a 60-mile radius and are at least 21 years old
*One dog or cat under 30 lbs is welcome to join you for a fee of $150, and two pets under a combined weight of 50 lbs are permitted for a fee of $350
*Quiet hours should be observed from 10 pm - 7 am
*There is street parking available on a first come, first serve basis
