There's more to this apartment than meets the eye – but naturally, your gaze will be drawn to those stunning Lake Como views before anything else. It's a shame these views are confined to the living space, though there's something very snug and Alpine-like about the attic bedrooms. Beyond the walls of the apartment, wander the gorgeous shared gardens or take a dip in the pool – there's even a jetty, so you can arrive in true Italian Lakes style. The charming village of Nesso boasts waterfalls and spectacular lake views, but Como itself is easily reachable by bus or boat.

*Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*You'll have access to the on-site garden, swimming pool, and boat jetty. They're shared with the building's other guests.
*While there is a lift in the building, there are steps throughout the gardens, so guests with reduced mobility should take care.
*The swimming pool is available for use between 1st June and 30th September, from 8am to 8pm.
*Your host asks you to respect quiet hours between 11pm and 7am.
