Inside, high ceilings and French doors bring plenty of natural light into the living space, and the comfortable bedroom makes it easy to settle in after a day exploring Music City.

* You're in one of Nashville's most walkable neighbourhoods, so a car isn't essential for day-to-day exploring – most of 12 South's shops, cafes, and restaurants are easy to reach on foot.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
