Home truths:
* This is a tall townhome and you'll be climbing stairs a lot – bedrooms are spread across the third and fourth floors, and the kitchen sits on its own level too. It may not be the right fit if anyone in your group has mobility considerations or struggles with frequent stair use.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can arrange a pack-n-play and baby gate on request.
* One of the bedrooms has a double-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to four people – we think it might be best suited to children.
* The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
