A design-led apartment in Nashville's West End, this place strikes a confident balance between bold interiors and a calm residential setting. The living space is where you'll want to spend your evenings, with balcony access that lifts you above the street for a quiet drink after a day out. The kitchen island invites easy meals in, while the building's year-round pool and fitness centre mean you're never short of somewhere to unwind. Centennial Park, the Parthenon, and Vanderbilt University are all walkable, with Broadway's live music scene roughly a ten-minute drive away when the mood strikes.

Home truths:
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and baby gate on request, subject to availability. Ask in advance to make sure they're ready for your arrival.
* Broadway and the main strip are a short rideshare ride away – most guests find a quick Uber or Lyft the easiest way to get there and back, especially in the evenings.
* One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
* At full occupancy, two guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area and one guest will sleep on the trundle in the second bedroom.
* Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
* You'll have access to the on-site gym and outdoor pool here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
* The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
