* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* Freight trains run along the rear of the building and can be heard during your stay. The windows are triple-glazed to help, and your host provides sound machines and earplugs for added comfort.
* The building sits on the same block as a Christian rescue mission, so you'll notice the kind of mixed foot traffic typical of active urban areas. The building itself has secure-access entry and overnight security on site.
* The first bedroom is arranged with a king-over-king bunk bed – we think it's best suited to a group of children.
* You'll have access to the on-site gym and swimming pool here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can arrange a cot and baby gate on request, subject to availability.
