* Freight trains run directly behind the building and can be heard during your stay. The windows are triple-glazed, and sound machines and earplugs are provided.
* The building sits on the same block as a rescue mission, so you'll notice typical city foot traffic and activity in the surrounding area. The building itself is secure-access with on-site overnight security.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
