Up on the rooftop deck, Nashville spreads out beyond the treetops – a natural end to any evening in Music City. Below, the open living and dining space across three floors gives everyone room to settle in without feeling spread thin, and the bold, colour-led design means it doesn't feel like every other rental on the block. The Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills are five minutes away, downtown is eight, and East Nashville's Five Points is equally close – so wherever the day takes you, getting back is never a production.

Home truths:
* We recommend hiring a car for ease of getting around. You'll have three parking spaces between you – two assigned spots plus one additional guest space in the top portion of the car park.
* You'll be using the stairs a lot here – this is a three-storey home with two separate staircases.
* The home faces a street, so you can expect some road noise, particularly at night. Sound machines and earplugs are provided if you need them.
* If reliable wi-fi is essential – for remote work or video calls – it's worth bringing a personal internet hotspot as a backup.
* At full occupancy, four guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
