* Freight trains run along the rear of the building and can be heard during your stay. The windows are triple-glazed to help, and sound machines and earplugs are provided in the apartment.
* The building sits on the same block as a local rescue mission, so you'll notice typical city foot traffic and activity from people accessing nearby services. The building itself is secure, but the surrounding area is lively and mixed-use rather than a quiet residential street.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can arrange a pack-n-play and baby gate on request, subject to availability.
