Two combined apartments in Nashville's Pie Town neighbourhood make this a rare find for larger groups – six bedrooms, two kitchens, and enough room to gather without feeling on top of each other. The rooftop pool with the city skyline above it is the kind of thing you'll plan your evenings around, and the fire pit courtyard keeps things going after dark. A city-view balcony is there for slower moments. Broadway, The Gulch, and Bridgestone Arena are all just minutes away.

Home truths:
* These are two separate condos on different floors of the same building – not a single interconnected home. Your group will need to use the lifts or corridors to move between the two units.
* Freight trains run directly behind the building and can be heard during your stay. The windows are triple-glazed to reduce noise, and sound machines and earplugs are provided.
* The building sits on the same block as a local rescue mission, so you'll notice some mixed foot traffic and city activity in the immediate area outside. The building itself is secure-access with overnight security on-site.
* Parking here is first-come, first-served – one secured space per condo may be available in the upper-level private garage, but it's not guaranteed.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can arrange a pack-n-play and baby gate on request, subject to availability.
* You'll have access to the on-site gym and outdoor pool here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
