A separate two-bedroom condo across the street adds a communal pool and gym to the mix, making it a practical setup for larger groups who still want somewhere with real character. Broadway is eight-minutes away, and Vanderbilt University and the Parthenon are close by.

Home truths:
* While the sixth bedroom and WC aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
* At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the trundle in the sixth bedroom.
* While the home can sleep up to twenty people, the maximum occupancy is eighteen guests.
* One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
* If you're bringing a dog, they're welcome in the townhouse only – the condo is strictly pet-free.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a pack-n-play and baby gate on request, subject to availability. Message your host in advance to arrange this.
* A car is the most practical way to get around this part of Nashville, though Uber and Lyft are readily available if you'd rather not drive.
* You'll have access to the on-site gym and pool here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
