* One of the bedrooms can sleep up to four people in a king-sized bed and a bunk bed – we think it might be best suited to children.

* Freight trains run directly behind the building and can be heard from the apartment. Triple-glazed windows help reduce the noise, and sound machines and earplugs are provided.
* The building sits on the same block as a Christian rescue mission, so you'll notice typical city foot traffic from people accessing nearby services. The surrounding area is lively and mixed-use rather than a quiet residential setting.
