When you're ready to head out, the Super Morzine lift connects you directly to the Avoriaz ski area.

Home truths:
* You'll want a car here. Morzine's centre is a short drive or walk away, but the Pleney ski lift is 2.9 km and the Super Morzine lift is 3.4 km from the chalet.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and children's dinnerware. Request these in advance to make sure everything is ready on arrival.
* The single beds here are better suited to children.
* The chalet is spread across three floors with no lift – worth bearing in mind if anyone in your group has limited mobility.
