The exteriors are the star of the show here with a stunning infinity pool, shaded lounge areas and a charming pergola where you can enjoy long lunches and dinners prepared on the wood-fired oven. The interiors are no less inviting – the bedrooms ooze character and charm, and the living spaces make a welcome break from the sun. In terms of location, you are a short drive from the historic town of Monterubbiano and, if you want to hit the beach, the coast is also not far away.

*The pool is open from the last Saturday in May to the first Saturday in October.

*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.

*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa beds in the first floor lounge.

*Mosquitoes can be prevalent here. The home has mosquito nets on the windows but you may wish to bring some insect repellent as well.

*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There is space for four cars here.
