Every bedroom opens straight into the garden, with one including its own kitchenette. Outside, there’s plenty to keep everyone occupied, from the pool and hot tub to a soon-to-be-opened tennis court, a children’s play area, and a sports pitch. Evenings are best spent under the pergola, where you’ll find a barbecue and wood-fired oven. You're also welcome to visit the winery for tastings. And when you want to explore, the coast is a forty-minute drive away, plus the nearby picturesque village of Montecatini Val di Cecina is close by. What's not to love?

*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*For those with reduced mobility, there are two ground-floor bedrooms and two ground-floor bathrooms here, as well as a separate cloakroom.
*The two bedrooms on the first floor both have a living area and a private outdoor terrace. The second one also has a kitchenette and dining area.
*The fenced grounds include a tennis court, which will be open for the 2027 season.
*While the fifth bathroom isn’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
