Tucked into the hills of the Marche, this rustic brick villa wraps around acres of garden – olive trees, manicured lawns, and shaded corners that invite you to do very little. The pool is a proper retreat, partially covered so you can cool off in the heat of the day without abandoning the shade. Three independent units with separate entrances mean a large group can share the villa while keeping their own rhythm. When you do venture out, the medieval village of Mondavio is just minutes away, and Urbino's UNESCO-listed ducal palace is a fifty-eight-minute drive.

* The villa is divided into three separate units, each with its own entrance. If you're booking as one large group, you'll be moving between units to socialise or share meals rather than gathering in a single connected space.
* You'll only have air conditioning in the bedrooms here – the living areas and kitchens are not cooled, so bear that in mind if you're visiting in the height of summer.
* The studio has twin beds that can be pushed together into a double – let your host know in advance if you'd prefer that configuration.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair at no additional cost. You'll need to request them in advance.
* You'll need a car to get around – the villa sits in the countryside outside Mondavio, and the wider region's beaches, towns, and restaurants all require driving. There are four parking spaces near the entrance.
