Both the living room and the second bedroom open onto your own balcony, which has a view of the Temple of San Sebastiano. The apartment itself is compact – especially if one guest wants their own space and opts to sleep on the living room sofa bed. *While this home can accommodate one additional guest on the sofa bed, the maximum occupancy is four guests.
*The air conditioning is centrally controlled, so it’s only switched on during the periods set by the building. When it’s running, you can increase or decrease the temperature by three settings.
*The balcony is overlooked by the neighbouring apartments. There's a chance you might see a neighbour or two, so it doesn't feel completely private.
