The backyard is a private playground, with a heated pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, pickleball court, and a stylish cabana for lazy afternoons. Cook up a feast on the BBQ, dine under the open sky, or unwind in one of the many chill-out areas. The treehouse is a true design highlight, complete with its own bedroom, private bathroom, and games room to keep the good times rolling. Inside the main villa, you’ll find an open-plan living space that boasts a sleek kitchen, plenty of room to dine, plus a pool table. Four of the five bedrooms feature more than one bed, so some sharing of rooms is required. However, it's perfect for families or groups who value quality time, memorable fun, and a truly special getaway together.

*The swimming pool can be heated – please request this at least 48 hours before arrival. It isn't fenced, so if you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. Your host can also provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*We think some areas of this home could do with a refresh. In particular, the air conditioning can be inconsistent, and there are minor issues like flickering lights.
*Given the rustic nature of the treehouse, you might come across some bugs. The villa is routinely treated for bugs, but Florida’s sub-tropical climate means you may still see some. Keeping doors closed will help keep them out.
*While the home has bed space for up to 20 people, the maximum occupancy is 16 guests. This allows you to be flexible with room sharing. There are also an extra two folding beds, should any guests want to sleep in other areas of the home.
*Parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
