Description Sunrise Terrace on Biscayne: Miami

A studio in the heart of Downtown Miami, this apartment punches well above its footprint thanks to the building's rooftop setup – a 75-ft pool, hot tub, cold plunge, sunrise and sunset terraces, and an outdoor movie area that make evenings up top hard to leave. Back inside, a private balcony takes in the Downtown skyline. Bayside Marketplace, Kaseya Center, and the Brightline station are all within walking distance, making the apartment a practical base whether you're here for the city's energy or just passing through.

Home truths:
* This is a studio, so the sleeping, living, and dining areas all share one open space. The sofa bed in the lounge folds out for two additional guests, meaning there's no separation between sleeping areas – worth factoring in if you're travelling as a group of four.
* You'll have access to the on-site gym, pool, hot tub, and co-working spaces here. They're shared with the building's other residents and available on a first come, first served basis.
