With its own private racetrack, basketball court, ping pong table, heated pool, jacuzzi, and waterslide, this villa rivals even the most activity-packed resorts. Indoors, a snooker table, home cinema, and generous living spaces mean there’s room to relax, play, or gather around the table. The neighbourhood is peaceful and laid-back, with shops and restaurants just a short stroll away, while the beaches and buzz of Miami are only twenty minutes by car. And your pets are welcome to join in on the fun too.

Home truths:
*The third bedroom has two Queen-sized bunk beds. While it can technically sleep up to four guests, we think it's better suited to two.
*The private racetrack is designed for high-speed go-karts — you may be asked to sign a waiver before taking it for a spin.
*Parties and gatherings are not permitted here.
*The neighbourhood operates quiet hours between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
*If you would like the pool to be heated, you will need to request it 48 hours before arrival.
*The villa is regularly treated for insects, though given the subtropical climate you may spot a few during your stay. We recommend keeping doors closed.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, high chair and room darkening shades as well as a selection of children's books and toys. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free parking in a private garage and on the street.
