Forty-three floors above Miami, this apartment delivers the kind of perspective that reframes the whole city – Biscayne Bay to one side, the downtown skyline stretching out on the other. The balcony is our favourite spot, from morning coffee to late-night drinks with the lights below. We're also big fans of the resort-style pool with its bar, the on-site gym perfect for workouts, and the full spa and hammam. You'll rarely have to venture far, but when you do, Kaseya Centre and Bayside Marketplace are within easy reach, with Brickell and the nightlife scene a short drive away, too.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, gym, co-working space, terrace, spa, and lounges here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
* If you're travelling with a little one, your host can provide a travel cot for your stay. It's worth requesting this in advance to make sure it's ready on arrival.
* You're close to the Kaseya Center, which hosts major concerts and sporting events – great for entertainment, but expect busier streets and street noise on event days.
