Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. A fifth guest will sleep on a small daybed in the entrance area – we think it's best for little ones.
* You'll have access to the on-site pool and fitness centre, and lounges here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
* The Metro Mover stop is right across the street, making it easy to reach Brickell, Bayside, and beyond without a car. If you're heading further afield – to Wynwood, Miami Beach, or the airport – the Brightline train station is also within minutes.
* Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
