However, the best place to be is up on the rooftop pool deck, where you can cool off in the pool or ease into the hot tub – both with the skyline spread behind you. Back inside, the building adds a steam room, gym, wine bar, and lobby cafe to the mix. Brickell's upscale shops and restaurants are right on the doorstep, making this a perfect hub for city living.

* The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
* Your host operates several homes here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. The only bathroom here is an en-suite off the main bedroom – at full occupancy, privacy may be limited.
* It's worth noting that the mattresses here are on the firmer side, so not everyone might find them comfortable.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, hot tub, roof terrace and fitness centre here. They're shared with the building's other residents. Please note that the swimming pool is only available for use between dawn and dusk.
* Rooftop cabanas and bikes are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so if either is important to your plans it's worth getting in early.
