Inside, the light-filled living space keeps those views front and centre. The building earns its reputation, too – access to what is claimed to be Florida's largest residential pool, a spa, Jacuzzis, sauna, and a gym with yoga classes means there's plenty to do without ever leaving. Wynwood, South Beach, and the Design District are all close by.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. The only bathroom here is an en-suite off the bedroom – at full occupancy, privacy may be limited.
* Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you.
* Your host can provide a cot for little ones upon request.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, gym, business centre, spa, and Jacuzzis here. They're shared with the building's other residents
* The building is currently renovating some balconies, and certain balconies may be temporarily closed during your stay. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance. The building's pool is only open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during the current construction period.
* Check-in requires a photo ID from every guest to be registered in the building system, so make sure everyone in your party has theirs to hand and send your estimated arrival time to your host as early as possible to keep things moving at the lobby.
