Perched in a building that bridges two of Miami's best neighbourhoods, this apartment is built for people who want the city on their terms. Cool off in the rooftop pool, sink into a hot tub with the skyline around you, or sweat it out in the gym and yoga studio – then grab a coffee from the lobby cafe before you've even stepped outside. Back in the apartment, floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living space with light, and the bedroom delivers a hotel-grade night's sleep without the hotel trade-offs.

Home truths:
* The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
* Your host operates several homes here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. The only bathroom here is an en-suite off the main bedroom – at full occupancy, privacy may be limited.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, hot tub, roof terrace and fitness centre here. They're shared with the building's other residents. Please note that the swimming pool is only available for use between dawn and dusk.
* Rooftop cabanas and bikes are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so if either is important to your plans it's worth getting in early.
* Your host asks you to respect quiet hours between 11pm and 8am.
