* The second bedroom is a den off the living area. Two guests will also sleep on a sofa bed in the living space.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, terrace, gym, and co-working space here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
* Getting around Miami typically requires a car or rideshare – we recommend planning ahead if you're heading beyond the walkable Brickell area.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a pack-n-play travel cot upon request.
* Please note that there is ongoing street construction directly in front of the building. Expect some dust and noise at street level during daytime hours, though the impact-resistant glass doors help minimise outside noise when closed.
