There's also a shared barbecue outside for grilling, as well as a communal laundry room. Location-wise, Little River is an up-and-coming neighbourhood with a Caribbean flair. It's ten minutes from Downtown and twenty from Miami Beach – thanks to the provided parking, you'll be able to zip around with ease.

*There are three similar apartments in this building. You'll share access to the garden, barbecue, and laundry room with the other units. Please note that the laundry room is not available to use between 11am and 3pm.
*This apartment is connected to another via a door that's locked at all times. Given the proximity, it's likely you may be able to hear neighbours. Noise from the street and railway is also expected.
*Free parking is available for one car. Larger vehicles, such as extended SUVs and pick-up trucks, may not fit and will need to park on the street.
*Little River is an up-and-coming area. It may not suit everyone, so your host recommends researching the neighbourhood before booking to make sure it's a good fit.
