What this condo lacks in space, it makes up for in building amenities – up on the building's rooftop pool deck, you'll find a hot tub, cabanas, and sweeping city panoramas open from dawn to dusk. Back downstairs, the building holds a steam room, a gym with serious kit, a lobby cafe, wine bar, and gourmet market – so most of what you need never requires leaving. South Beach is a sixteen-minute drive, and Wynwood Walls is reachable in the same time.

* The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
* Your host operates several homes here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
* This is a studio layout – your sleeping and living areas share one open-plan space, with a king bed rather than a separate bedroom. It works beautifully for two, but worth keeping in mind if you're used to a defined divide between the two.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, hot tub, roof terrace and fitness centre here. They're shared with the building's other residents. Please note that the swimming pool is only available for use between dawn and dusk.
* Rooftop cabanas and bikes are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so if either is important to your plans it's worth getting in early.
* Your host asks you to respect quiet hours between 11pm and 8am.
