When you want to cool off, head up to the shared rooftop pool terrace for the skyline from above, or retreat to the spa with its Jacuzzis, sauna, and gym. Back on the ground, fine dining, nightlife, and weekend farmers' markets are all within walking distance of the building.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. The only bathroom here is an en-suite off the main bedroom.
* Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, gym, business centre, spa, and Jacuzzis here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
* The building is currently renovating some balconies, and certain balconies may be temporarily closed during your stay. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance. The building's pool is only open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during the current construction period.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot. You'll need to request it in advance.
* Check-in is handled in person by a representative in the lobby, and the building requires a photo ID from every guest before you can be registered. To avoid a long wait on arrival, send your ID and estimated arrival time to your host as early as possible.
