* You'll need a car for ease of getting around – parking on the driveway is available for four vehicles.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed and a further two guests will sleep on foldable guests. We think this sleeping arrangement is better suited to children.

* There are only two bathrooms for up to 14 guests across five bedrooms, so it's worth factoring in some early-morning planning if you're a full house.
* The pool is professionally serviced on Wednesdays and the garden receives maintenance on Thursdays, so you can expect brief visits from the maintenance team during your stay.
