* This is a hotel-branded residence, so the building operates with hotel-style policies. Pets are not permitted and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, including on the balcony.
* Your host operates several homes here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
* You'll have access to the on-site gym and swimming pool here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
* Valet parking for one vehicle is included with your stay – useful given how busy Downtown Miami can get. If you're travelling with two cars, you'll need to arrange additional parking separately.
