You'll have private access to courts for pickleball and basketball, surrounded by inviting social areas including a barbeque grill and fire pit. You'll even find a games room indoors, offering pool and air hockey. That's not to say this home forsakes obvious comforts – more laid back guests can relax in the open plan living room, the bright kitchen and dining area, and of course the pool area, which features a jacuzzi as well as sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
