The open plan living room, dining area and kitchen is ideal for indoor socialising, especially with a pool table that's perfect for tournaments. The home's five bedrooms are all cosy, each with its own Smart TV – only two come with private bathrooms, however, so best allocate rooms in advance. Outside you'll find a classy heated swimming pool, plenty of sun loungers, and a barbeque grill area for sunny communal cookouts. And if the ocean calls, you'll only be a half hour drive from Miami Beach.

*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on a large sofa in the living area, while your host can provide one extra air mattress that sleeps one.
