Description Coconut Hotline: Miami

Downtown Miami delivers on every front from this well-connected apartment, with a private balcony looking out over the city skyline and a rooftop pool – complete with hot tub and cold plunge – that frames panoramic bay views. When you're not up top, the building's resident lounge, spa, and fitness centre give you plenty of reasons to linger. Getting around is easy too: Bayside Marketplace is an eight-minute walk, Bayfront Park eleven minutes on foot, and the Brightline station a three-minute walk away, with direct rail links to Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, and beyond.

Home truths:
* The apartment is 623 sq. ft., so it's a compact base for four – ideal if you plan to spend most of your time out exploring the city rather than lounging indoors.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, work spaces, gym, and more. They're shared with the building's other residents.
