* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* The area around the building has active construction nearby –you may experience some noise disruption early in the morning.
* The living room curtains let in a fair amount of light at sunrise – if you're sensitive to early morning brightness, it's worth packing a sleep mask.
* Restaurants and bars are roughly a ten-to-fifteen-minute drive away, and the nearest supermarkets are around a seven-minute drive – we recommend having a car or using ride-sharing apps to get around comfortably. There is also a free Metromover stop three blocks away if you prefer to leave the car behind.
* Washcloths are not provided, so it's worth packing your own.
