This Miami apartment is walking distance from the Design District, known for its contemporary art galleries and luxury shopping. And if a trip to the beach is on the agenda, we suggest heading to popular South Beach – a ten-minute drive away. Back home centres around the open-plan living area, where two guests will sleep at full occupancy. The small kitchenette lacks an oven, but with eateries aplenty in the neighbourhood, that shouldn’t be a deal-breaker. We think this practical pad is a great choice for a fuss-free Florida getaway.

*Your host operates several apartments here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
*The lead guest must be at least 22 years old to rent this home.
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*You won't find an oven or a hob here – though there is a microwave. We think the kitchenette is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
*Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between 9pm and 8am. Noise decibel monitors are installed here.
*Only one towel per guest is provided, so you might want to bring extra.
