Home truths:
*The lead guest must be aged at least 21. A maximum of two adults aged 16 or over can stay, plus two children. If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
*Construction work is ongoing in the building from Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay. The on-site swimming pool is closed as part of the renovation, but the host has arranged a small number of daily passes for the Marriott Hotel pool. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
*Your host may be able to accommodate a later check-in time after 10pm – please request this in advance of your stay.
*You'll have access to the on-site gym, hot tub and restaurants here. They're shared with the building's other residents. The gym is open daily from 6am to 9pm.
*Parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
