On the thirty-fourth floor of a Brickell tower, this apartment sits above Miami's skyline with ocean, river, and city views stretching out in every direction – the kind of outlook that makes it hard to leave the balcony. Inside, floor-to-ceiling glass keeps that panorama front and centre whether you're cooking or unwinding. When you do venture out, South Beach is a fifteen-minute drive, Little Havana's Calle Ocho is twelve minutes away, and Wynwood Walls is a short ride north. Back at the building, access to a communal pool, spa and gym round out the picture.

Home truths:
* The building is currently renovating some balconies, and yours may be temporarily closed during your stay. The pool is only open Friday to Sunday due to ongoing building construction.
* To access the pool or gym, you'll need to collect your amenity passes and make a reservation at the ground floor before using the facilities.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* The bathroom here is an en-suite – something to keep in mind if you're staying as a group of three or four.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can arrange a cot and high chair. You'll need to request these in advance of arrival.
* Check-in requires a photo ID from every guest to be registered in the building's system. Send these to your host along with your estimated arrival time as early as you can to keep things moving smoothly on the day.
